Concierge is the most comprehensive engagement we offer. It is not a service so much as a relationship. Designed for clients whose lives are structured around high-stakes decisions, sustained output, and visibility that does not allow for the standard pattern of booking sessions à la carte. Founders, family-office principals, public figures, athletes, performers, and senior operators in industries that do not stop.
The concierge engagement is by application. We work with a limited number of concierge clients at any given time because each engagement requires real bandwidth from our practitioners and Gabriel personally. Pricing starts at $5,000 per month and scales based on what the client is asking for.
What concierge actually includes
Every engagement is composed to the client. The following is the standard backbone:
Weekly practitioner sessions
One or two in-person sessions per week with the practitioner team. Modality is composed to what the body is asking for: sound, energy, meditation, coaching, integrated. Sessions happen at your home, office, or wherever you are. Travel within our service area is included.
On-call practitioner access
Direct line to your assigned lead practitioner for between-session consultation. Voice notes, short calls, occasional video sessions. The practitioner is not your therapist, but they are available the way a personal trainer is available. Within reason, within hours.
Quarterly astrology and review
Quarterly transit reading and a comprehensive review of what the engagement is doing. The review is honest. If something is not working, we change it. If something is working, we deepen it.
Retreat access
Priority access to our private and small-group retreats. Some concierge clients use one retreat per year as the integrative anchor of the engagement. Others use two or three.
Partner and family coordination
Concierge engagements often extend to a partner, occasionally to a child or sibling. We coordinate carefully and respect that each person's relationship to the work is their own.
Custom programming
This is where the engagement diverges from anything else we offer. We build programming around the specific texture of your life. Pre- and post-trip wellness for clients who travel heavily. On-the-road sessions for performers and athletes during tours and seasons. Integration support for clients in major transition. Whatever the actual life is asking for.
Who concierge is for
Specific client profiles where the engagement consistently produces high-use results:
- Founders and CEOs at growth-stage companies. The decisions are high-velocity and the body is the bottleneck. Concierge keeps the system healthy enough to make good decisions over years, not months.
- Family-office principals. Multigenerational wealth, complex family dynamics, ongoing succession work. Concierge holds the body of the principal while the rest of the system does its work.
- Public figures and creatives in sustained output. Artists, writers, performers, athletes whose work depends on a regulated nervous system and creative capacity over time. Concierge maintains both.
- Senior operators in always-on industries. Finance, healthcare, law, media, defense. Industries that do not stop. Concierge gives the operator something that does not stop either.
- Couples doing serious work. Pre-marital, post-affair, blended-family transitions. Concierge for couples is one of the most effective engagements we offer.
What concierge is not
We are clear about the limits:
- Concierge is not a personal-staff function. We do not run errands, manage your calendar, or coordinate your other vendors. We do the wellness work and we do it well.
- Concierge is not a guarantee of access. We work with a limited number of clients. When we are at capacity, we waitlist.
- Concierge is not medical care. We coordinate carefully with your clinicians but we are not your medical team.
- Concierge is not a single practitioner. Each engagement has a lead practitioner, with supporting practitioners brought in for specific modalities. The team approach is part of why the engagement works.
The clients who benefit most from concierge are not the ones with the most resources. They are the ones whose life structures cannot accommodate the standard pattern of booking sessions, and who need the work to come to them.
Discretion and confidentiality
Every concierge engagement is held with full discretion. Our practitioners sign confidentiality agreements. We do not name clients publicly. We do not reference engagements in marketing without explicit written consent. The work happens in your space, on your schedule, and stays in those rooms.
For clients with public profiles, we have additional protocols around session location, practitioner movement, and any digital artifacts of the engagement. We have worked with clients whose presence in our system has been invisible to anyone outside the lead practitioner for years.
How the application process works
Concierge intake is a three-step process:
- Initial inquiry. Submit through the contact form or email Gabriel directly. We will send a short intake questionnaire.
- Discovery call. A 45-minute call with Gabriel or the lead practitioner candidate. The call is about whether the engagement is a fit, both for you and for us.
- Match and onboarding. If we move forward, we match you with the appropriate lead practitioner and design the engagement composition. Onboarding includes a thorough intake session and the first month of work.
The discovery call is free. The first month of the engagement is structured as a trial period for both parties. If either side determines the engagement is not the right fit, we end it cleanly.
What it costs
Concierge engagements start at $5,000 per month. Most engagements run between $5,000 and $15,000 per month. Engagements above $15,000 per month are reserved for clients whose composition includes travel, multi-person family coordination, or specialized programming.
We do not publish a price list because each engagement is composed individually. After the discovery call, we deliver a written proposal with the specific composition and pricing for the proposed engagement. You can review, request changes, or decline.
